Tony Little

A founding member of Create Financial Solutions, Tony has dedicated himself to helping his clients retire comfortably and grow their wealth for over 3 decades. He works with individuals and businesses that range from sole traders to large corporations with thousands of employees.

When not in the office Tony enjoys running at Aberdeen Parkrun and any distances from 5K to Ultramarathons at various races around the country and abroad. He is also a founder member of Granite City Guide Runners.

Simon Kilkerr

A founding member of Create Financial Solutions, Simon has been the trusted adviser to his clients spanning over 35 years. He’s built a family of individual and corporate clients through his perseverance to always exceed expectations. He has a depth of financial knowledge, with particular interest in retirement planning and complex investments.

When Simon finds time to relax he likes to keep himself busy and loves socialising with friends and supporting his local pub. Having been a chef in his younger years Simon enjoys lighting the barbeque and cooking the “world famous” Create Financial Solutions Christmas Lunch.

Lachlan Bursle

With over a decade of wealth management and business consulting experience, Lachy prides himself in getting to know his clients and designing a financial solution that matches their lifestyle. From simple protection solutions to complex financial modelling, he designs solutions that make it easy for clients to understand and implement.

When not talking or writing about finance in his blogs you can find him exploring the countryside with family, watching rugby, or enjoying a glass or two of whisky.
