Natalie is passionate about helping people achieve homeownership, with a particular focus on guiding first-time buyers through one of life’s biggest milestones. She combines empathy, clear communication and strong problem-solving skills to find solutions, even in complex situations.

One of Natalie’s proudest moments was helping a family avoid selling their home by restructuring their finances through a carefully sourced remortgage—reducing their outgoings and giving them peace of mind for the future.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson Freddie and granddog Bella. She also loves being outdoors, often cycling with a well-earned coffee stop along the way.
