Natasha joined Create to train as a Financial Planner following a successful career as a General Manager in procurement.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she gained an MSc in Psychology in the USA, which has helped shape her understanding of people and their motivations.

Since moving to Scotland in 2017, she progressed through a career in procurement to become General Manager, developing strong leadership, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills along the way. While she enjoyed developing her team and supporting customers in her previous role, she ultimately wanted to change careers to contribute more directly to people’s lives.

Natasha is excited to begin her journey in financial planning, combining her previous skills to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

Outside work, Natasha enjoys travelling, spending time in nature and making memories with her daughter.
