Welcome to our new Business Manager, Amanda MacDonald

We're delighted to welcome Amanda MacDonald to the Create Financial Solutions team as our new Business Manager.

Amanda brings a wealth of experience in financial services, combining a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with a strong background in operational leadership, team development and business management. Having progressed from a paraplanning role into business leadership, she is passionate about creating environments where people, processes and businesses can thrive.

In her new role, Amanda will work closely with the entire team, supporting colleagues across the business while helping drive Create's continued growth. Her focus will be on strengthening operations, developing our people and ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of service our clients expect.
