Welcome to our two new team members

Welcome to the team, Christine and Kayleigh!

We’re delighted to announce the addition of two new team members, strengthening our growing business and commitment to client-focused financial planning.

Christine Tomlin joins as Senior Paraplanner, bringing more than two decades of industry experience. Having started her career at Prudential straight from school, Christine has spent the last 15 years specialising in paraplanning, supporting financial advisers and clients alike. She holds a Diploma in Financial Advice along with a certificate in mortgage advice.

After previously working with Create Financial Solutions as a contractor, Christine is thrilled to officially join the team. 

“I really wanted to get back into a team environment and collaborate with others, and this was the perfect opportunity,” she said. “I enjoy helping clients on the journey to achieve their goals and look forward to using my experience while continuing to broaden my knowledge.”

Kayleigh Duthie also joins the team as an Administrator. With a strong interest in business and finance, she was drawn to Create Financial Solutions’ client-first approach and supportive culture. 

“When I first applied, I loved how passionate the company was about building relationships with clients,” Kayleigh explained. “Since joining, I’ve already learned so much about the different pathways to plan for the future, from pensions to investment strategies, and I’m excited to keep building my knowledge.”

Kayleigh is eager to grow into her role, engage more directly with clients, and build lasting relationships. 

“I hope to gain confidence in helping clients and put my learning into practice in both my personal life and professional career,” she added.
