Congratulations to Alan and Louise on achieving Competent Adviser Status

We’re delighted to congratulate Financial Planners Alan Mattner and Louise Brotherston, who have both achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS) through the Quilter Academy.

CAS is an important milestone in the development of a Financial Planner, demonstrating the ability to apply technical knowledge and adviser skills confidently in real client situations.

As part of the 26-week programme, Alan and Louise received hands-on support, one-to-one coaching and mentoring, building their experience across areas including the advice process, suitability, understanding client needs and delivering an ongoing advice service.

The programme also supports advisers in developing their business skills and broadening their technical knowledge, while providing regular feedback and progress reviews.

Their achievement marks another important step in their careers as Financial Planners, and we’re proud to see the continued development of their knowledge, skills and experience at Create Financial Solutions.
