We welcome Natasha Buxo as Trainee Financial Planner

We’re delighted to welcome Natasha Buxo to our team as a Trainee Financial Planner. This new role has been created in response to our continued business growth, as we invest in developing our people and strengthening the support we provide to our clients.

Natasha joins us following a successful career in procurement, most recently as General Manager UK for a procurement company in Aberdeen, where she was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the business and led its UK team.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Natasha gained an MSc in Psychology in the USA, which helped shape her understanding of people and their motivations.

Since moving to Scotland in 2017, she has progressed through a career in procurement to become General Manager, developing strong leadership, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills along the way.

On her career change, Natasha commented:

“I enjoyed developing my team and supporting customers and suppliers in my previous role, but ultimately wanted to change careers to contribute more directly to people’s lives.

“I see financial planning as an opportunity to combine my professional experience and passion for supporting people with work that has genuine purpose.

“My psychology background has given me insight into people and their motivations, while my leadership experience has taught me to listen, communicate effectively and build trust.”

Natasha’s appointment reflects our ongoing growth and commitment to developing the next generation of financial planners, helping us maintain the personal service our clients value.
